What a great birthday present!
This week we had a lovely group of ladies in the studio for a private life drawing session, which was a birthday present gift. It worked well, with some tasty nibbles, lots of short breaks and organic prosseco, what’s not to like?
I’ve hosted a few of these ‘life drawing socials’ now – they are more relaxed than a formal life drawing group with the emphasis on have a very nice time together and enjoying the whole experience, as well as drawing. A light touch tuition is on hand, and lots of bite sized drawing techniques so that the actual drawing part isn’t too daunting for those not used to it.
May buy less cheese next time however.
