Commissioned by Eden Rivers Trust for concept designs and artwork for a participatory educational project. Using nymphs and riverlife as inspiration, children and young people will create their own river environments in UV, learning about the delicate, changing and fragile context of the river as they make. Their UV critters will be shown inside a blackout tent where UV light highlights the decorated bugs. Older children are invited to create their own UV ‘peephole boxes’.

The artwork will be displayed throughout the summer months at agricultural shows and events where the public are invited to add to the tent.

In addition to the workshop activities, 6ft display panels were made using the nymph drawings for exhibitions and events.
